How are rice krispies made? Not the treats with marshmallows but the cereal itself).?

Is it baked or popped or boiled or what do they do to the rice to make it like that? Just curious.

the rice is cooked dried and then toasted. this is what gives them pufy ness but the milk breaks these thin walls causing the snap crackle and pop

Get a bag of rice. Cook the rice(boil it). Then put krispies in the rice and throw some marshmallos on top. I make it all the time but it tastes like ****.

The rice is dried then baked in special ovens to make it pop.You could never do this at home.
