depends on if you microwave them as this is dangerous not for cancer as such but the microwave damages the cell walls of the food and so the receptors in you stomach have a difficult time in recognising it as food and therefor stores it mainly as fat

Yes they are quite a healthy alternative.
Everything is government regulated by the health board in the food these companies are putting out in regard to quality of food and cleanliness.
They are inspected regularly.
You must read the labels to see if they are healthy for you.
