I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Put simply, you need to use more calories than you put in your body. More out, less in.

Not exercising makes it hard to use up any calories other than those needed for absolutely necessary functions.

Foods that are extremely high in nutrients (good for you) but low in calories and fat are fruits and vegetables. The more fruits and vegetables you eat, the more weight you will lose.
Also, 1 cup a day of beans will curb any junk food cravings.
1 cup grains, or some whole wheat bread, will keep your energy up.

If you don't exercise at all but still eat junk food, you're screwed. Avoid also fatty meats and dairy products. No sugary drinks or salad dressings, either.

Oh sweetie... Not doing anything isnt going to make you loose the weight. You have to do something active to lose the waist line. Get a stability ball and do some workout... sorry, minor physical activities on it. The point of working out it build a stronger heart and it boosts your metabolism which can help burn off calories much faster. So, then you can sit there and burn some fat.

Good luck, but stop being lazy. A bridge cant be built if the works sat on their romps.

I hate exercise, too, but have been able to lose quite a bit of weight. The best way? Yup...watch the calories. I cut down to about 1000 to 1200 calories a day and stopped drinking Cokes. Of course, if you are willing to just walk a little bit then that will help, but if not, just eat small portions and try to save sugary sweets for special occasions. And, check the fast food places' web sites to find low calorie foods just in case you HAVE to go out. Good luck!

Quit eating! Sorry, on a serious note. There is no easy answer. I'm looking to lose 20lb put on by steroids for I had taken for back pain. From the steroids, I now have a larger appetite so I too am having to cut back. I'm sticking to
protein thru beans and etc, steamed veggies, milk at dinner,
lots of water and salad and fruit.

Go for fasting with just water and raw vegetable/fruit juices under the guidance of a naturapath. You should start taking the diet as prescribed by the naturopath only when you actually feel hungry after ten or fifteen days depending on the fat your body has stored.

There are tons of supplements these days that boost energy and metabolism to help burn fat. In my opinion, one of the best is a new supplement called the apple patch. You don't have to consume any tablets or substances, its just a simple patch that you wear under your clothing and natural supplements are absorbed into your skin. Reducing your appetite, boosting you metabolism and energy. A friend of mine lost 20lbs in 3 weeks with little or no exercise just by wearing the damn thing!
