i have to know if i am married to the only long term kurt busch fan as in this isnt counting the ones who only went to him because rusty retired and he is driving rusty's old car but i guess i havent really seen any of those around here either.
i went into our local hat store to buy my husband a new kurt busch hat and they had to special order one because they only kept one hat in stock and it was ugly (not saying any kurt busch hat looks good)

Not at all! I am a huge Kurt Busch fan, as well as a fan of a few other drivers. Kurt seems to have been forgotton by NASCAR's fan base, and I'm not sure why. Kurt has had plenty of wins, great starts each race, really hard core race finishes, and was even the 2004 champion. He clearly knows how to race, and I think he will defintely be a huge contender this year in the chase. Kurt is also a pretty cool guy....despite that little incident with the cops a couple years back. I think he was really sorry about that and is trying to be a better role model for his fans. I'm still his fan, at least. He deserves respect because he is a good, hard-working racer who has done well in the past (and still does!) So, go Kurt!
As for hats, maybe try NASCAR.com for some better looking ones. You are right-- you may not find the most fashionable hot in the universe--but you should be able to find a better looking hat than something absolutely ugly.

I can't say I am a huge fan myself. Both Busch bros are kinda morons with money. They have no respect for others around them. Nothing personal. It's just, neither has done anything outstanding for the industry.
