Many of them will never get caught. Many will never commit felonies and wind up in prison. All of them are supporting a subculture which leads to crimes being committed. Why not just make it a midemeaner to shoot known gang members? It would reduce their numbers and many of them would defect. They'd show up at the pawn shops trying to hock the scrap metal to pay for tattoo removals. In time, they might even learn how to speak.

I`m sure it is true for some.Gangs attracts mainly younger people that are insecure , as they get older they outgrow the gang culture or get put in jail or get killed.
