Start exercising. You must do jogging for 15 minutes everyday and 45 minutes of pilates or some other exercise also every day. Drink a lot of water. A lot. And stop eating sweets, fast food, fried foods, pizza, cheese, bread, alcohol. Eat many fruits, veg and salads. Make sure you do eat 5 meals per day, even if 2 of them are a fruit. If you starve, your body tries to save energy, and you don't lose fat. You simply destroy your metabolism, and the minute you eat anything you store it as fat. So don't starve. Prefer to eat grilled fish or chicken fillet. And another think: the fastest you lose the weight, the more you'll get back. I understand how you feel, but the slower you lose the more permanent it will be. After having lost some weight, you should continue to check your weight and exercise and eat healthy but normally, so that you don't get it back but also don't become anorexic!

that's a finished weight-lack of slightly over a pound per week that's secure, sensible and entirely available. shrink out any junk foodstuff and sweet stuff and shrink the quantity of starchy carbs you devour (bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, flour). devour some protein at each meal, some sturdy unprocessed fat (olive oil, hemp oil, avocados and so on) and replenish your plate with a lot of vegetables and salad. Have slightly of fruit and get some type of exercising daily for about 1/2 an hour or so - even walking will do in case you do not fancy the health center. It would not favor to be more beneficial complicated than that and the burden ought to come off.

Eat tons and tons of fruits and vegetables. Create salads, platters and light dips to keep things interesting. If you CAN cut out carbs. When your having "an emergency craving" try one of those snack sized apple sauces but they come in much better flavours too...I preffer cherry. Get a video like Turbo Jam or any weight loss video and do that 5 times a week. Just try to STICK TO IT. Once your at your target weight, SLOWLY begin eating normally however you'll have to continue with some of the lifestyle changes you've made.

There are ways to do that WITHOUT cutting off a limb (Idiots) or without starving. I exercise for 6 hours a day and only eat 1000 calories each day. At the end of the week I take this drink that makes me poop. I lost 8 lbs. the first week.

Eat these things daily: tons of green vegetables, cooked or raw, 4 fruits, 1 cup beans, no more than 1 cup grains of any variety.
Most often I find that trouble isn't how much you eat at all; it's WHAT you eat. Starving will only inhibit your progress. DO NOT eat any junk food, pasta, dairy, salad dressings, or sugary drinks.
As a general rule of thumb: the more vegetables and fruits you eat, the more weight you will lose.

At the end of the week I take this drink that makes me poop. I lost 8 lbs. the first week. LMAO!!!
Heres what I'm doing this week:
The 7 Days Cabbage Soup Diet Plan
Eat as much soup as you desire for seven days and you can lose 10 to 15 pounds. The recipe varies slightly, but includes a variety of low-calorie vegetables such as cabbage, onions, and tomatoes, flavored with bouillon, onion soup mix, and tomato juice. Each day of the seven-day program has specific foods that must be eaten, including potatoes, fruit juice, many vegetables, and on one day, beef.
Day One:
Eat only fruit, all the fruit you want except banana.
Drink unsweetened tea, black coffee, cranberry juice, and water.
Eat as much soup as you like.
Day Two:
All you want - fresh, raw, or cooked vegetables of your choice. Stay away from dry beans, peas, and sweet corn. Reward yourself with a big baked potato with butter for dinner. Eat as much soup as you like but no fruit for today.
Day Three:
Combine days one and two, eat as much fruit, vegetables, and soup, as you like but no baked potato.
Day Four:
Eat as many as eight bananas and drink as many glasses of skim milk as you would like on this day, along with your soup. This day is supposed to lessen your desire for sweets.
Day Five:
You may have 10-20 ounces of beef (300-500g) and a large tin or up to six fresh tomatoes. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water this day to wash the uric acid from your body. Eat your soup at least once today. You may eat broiled or baked chicken (skinless) instead of beef. If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef.
Day Six:
Eat beef and vegetables today. You can even have two or three steaks if you like, with fresh vegetables or salad. NO BAKED POTATO. Eat your soup at least once.
Day Seven:
Eat all you want of brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices, and vegetables. Be sure to eat your soup at least once to day. No bread, alcohol, or carbonated beverages, not even diet soda.
And here's the soup recipe:
Cabbage Soup Recipe
6 large green onions
2 green peppers
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
3 Carrots
1 Container (10 oz. or so) Mushrooms
1 bunch of celery
half a head of cabbage
1 package Lipton soup mix
1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional)
1 48oz can V8 juice (optional)
Season to taste with salt, pepper, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc.
Directions:
Slice green onions, put in a pot and start to saute with cooking spray.
Cut green pepper stem end off and cut in half, take the seeds and membrane out. Cut the green-pepper into bite size pieces and add to pot.
Take the outer leafs layers off the cabbage, cut into bite size pieces, add to pot.
Clean carrots, cut into bite size pieces, and add to pot.
Slice mushrooms into thick slices, add to pot.
If you would like a spicy soup, add a small amount of curry or cayenne pepper now.
You can use beef or chicken bouillon cubes for seasonings. These have all the salt and flavors you will need.
Use about 12 cups of water (or 8 cups and the V8 juice), cover and put heat on low. Let soup cook for a long time - two hours works well. Season to taste with salt and pepper
It's sooo nasty, but you'll supposedly lose about 10-17lbs. in the week. I'll tell you if it works or not by next Sunday if you want. lol
