about a healthy eating and exersizing plan?

im not trying to lose weight, just get healthyer and stay fit.

buy this book 'the perricone prescription' by dr. nicholas perricone. it's not a diet book, it just tells you why the things you eat are or aren't good for you. it tells you what each thing that you add to your body and how they benefit or harm you. he gives you a list of foods that are good and those that are not. it also gives you a few meal plans that will guide you into eating healthier which will in turn help you otherwise.

Cut out fast food and any regular soda you may drink. Replace any pasta and breads with whole wheat products. Walk for 30 minutes everday,
