I am not fat but I have a big butt and some fat on my stomach. What kinds of foods should I cut out of my diet?

No matter what anyone tells you, you can't spot-reduce. There are no special excercises or diet tricks. Just east fewer calories and get more activity.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
