and not get much muscle because i want to get rid of the fat and that's it.

Inner and Outter Thighs is a good exercise you lay on the ground and put your hands under your glutes(butt) and raise your legs straight up in the air and take your legs out wide and pulse them for 10 counts then criss-cross your legs alternating your legs for four counts Do that 15 times it really works well. Umm you could do lunges but you are going to gain muscle no matter what you do but if you do it the right way you should gain muscle but lose fat there and it will tone your thighs up and even with gaining muscle your thighs will look leaner. Why would you want to not gain muscle? Either way, do the chair sit. Stand against a wall, and bend down as if you are sitting in a chair. DO NOT USE A REAL CHAIR. You will feel the burn in your thighs. Also, do Iron Mikes. With those you need to bring your legs one at at time up to your chest (or as high as you can go) and walk across the room or preferably up some stairs. Alternate each leg each time.They work your thighs and calves.
