WELL, first of all,,u should believe in yourself that u will gain weight with your efforts,as ur mind will respond to your thinking..
currently u r 14 yrs old.. so u still have lots of time..dont worry,, but if u in hurry than do the following..
1. if u r vegetarian than take more intake of greenleafy vegetables, palak, soya chunks.
1 if u r non vegetarian than eat meat, and eggs
2. your daily intake of milk should be atleast 2 glasses,,once in morning and once before going to bed.. add 2 spoons of honey.. honey is good for weight gain.
3. have atleast 2 boiled eggs or have 3 egg white...only.
4. protein intake is a must.. for that have fruits and 2 or 3 bannana daily.. avoid it after afternoon.. best daily in morning with cornflakes and bannana.. in breakfast..
5. never skip your breakfast...
if u like almond than soak 5 almond in water at night and have it in morining with the same water.. its a great protein suppliment... it will keep u fit all the day...
dont worry u will gain weight soon... all the best.. cya

How tall are you, this doesn't sound like a bad weight for a 14 year old. My step daughter at that age had a 13" waste, She filled out very nicely as she grew older. From that experience, I would have to advise you to just stop worrying about it, eat normally and things will work out for you.

Are you really tall because that is not a bad weight, I am 29 and I am 110 and I am 5'4''. I have a high metabolism. My brother encourage me to drink protein drinks to get bigger but that does not work. It is not very easy for me to gain weight as it is for others to lose it. I eat a lot, fatty foods, junk foods , healthy food, drink ensure, but nothing works, Good luck to you. By the way, be careful for what you wish for.

listen man you got eat some healthy but heavy stuff. Trailmix is pretty fatty but healthy at the same time. Plus workout some, gain like 15 lbs of muscle and you will be ripped.

Can I ask why you would want to gain weight?
The number you weigh right now is fine. Right now you weigh what a normal 14 year old girl is supposed to be weighing, so don't worry about it.

what are you trying to become? FAT or a bodybuilder or something, i'm 14 and i'm only 90 something pounds and i'm also trying to become heavier, and everywhere i've been says to EAT alot and well, and workout alot. but i don't know where your going with this "help me gain weight thing" so i can't answer your question to it's fullest.
