sky+ is saying "No signal is being received" and has no signal strength on either input 1 or 2 in settings. I still have multi-room functioning. What is the problem?

Any help appreciated!!

Have turned it off at the wall and still nothing. Called Sky and they basically said it's the box. I don't think that's possible seen as the multi-room is still working.

It's the weather......strong winds rain and snow....
I have had probs on and off all day
It's a pain isn't it!

If we have any problems we just switch the box of at the wall for a bit then turn it back on!

had similar problem , found the dish had altered position , probably due to strong wind , moved it slightly on marking original position & slackening fixing bolts found strong signal & strength . its not rocket science fitted new dish myself set by tv roughly based on angle & compass bearing of other dishes nearby . hope this helps
