By doing crunches alone you will see little results except for a stronger tighter area...aerobic activity must be included as well as other core exercises. try walking of running to trim down the inches. or look into t-tapp.... I took me about a month to see results... it also depends on how well the crunches are performed.

Three weeks for your body to see any 'True' Results... be patient and dont even look in the mirror until two and half-weeks. but if you look in it everyday... you will make yourself paranoid... and discourage yourself if you dont see rapid results.

it's not about how many you do, it's about doing them right

try core execises like windsor pilates, you'll see faster results.

YOU'LL FEEL TIGHTER, BUT YOU WON'T "SEE" RESULTS UNTIL YOU BEGIN WATCHING YOUR DIET AND GET RID OF THE LAYER OF FAT COVERING UP YOUR MUSCLES.
EVERYONE HAS ABS, WE JUST CAN'T SEE 'EM UNDER THE FLAB.
