You don’t need to exercise for hours on end. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results should you work hard. Get a passing up rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for about a minute, skip for two minutes, rest for just one minute. Then change the push around something else like sit ups and do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a quick, effective workout that will improve results than a long manage or swim.

first eat more fruit & veg & try & decrease the GI of food you eat- viz low GI whole grain bread, brown basmarti rice etc.
Exercise need heart rate >100 Continuously for 30 min 3X a week. You can do this with step-ups, easiest is 2 steps up & down as fast as you can, down step straight to bottom, camn leave one foot on top step. You are raisin your weigh though the 2step height with the strongest miscles in you body. Once you get good you can do 100 step-ups in 3 min (do not try to do it under 5 min to start with), 2 min rest off again, to get into mountain walking put on a rucksack with up to 20kg in it! But that's serious stuff that I could only do between 20-30 years old!

Music forces you to eat more. According to a work by the journal Psychology along with Marketing, soft, classical tunes encourage you to definitely take time over your meal, so you consume more meal. So, switch off – silence could make you more aware of what you’re applying your mouth.

Set performance-based goals. Always set yourself incrementally larger goals each week to make sure you’re engaged and have something to strive for. Each little achievement is also a reward that you’re going in the correct direction. From doing 10 more squats to mastering the latest yoga pose, whatever floats the boat.

you can use tins or bottles of water as improvised weights.
Just be careful that you keep your knees bent and back straight so that you don't damage your back.
it may be worth getting a fitness dvd then you can see how to hold the weights properly.

Explain to friends, family and work colleagues that you’re dieting. Support from the people around you keeps people motivated, stops you from cheating as well as makes it less likely you will fall off the wagon.

It’s not necessarily weight-loss, it’s health-gain. Think about your changes as a way to gain things, not lose these.
