Best places are really anywhere, Scotland, England, Ireland, Wales.
Go to social places ie pubs, clubs, cinemas, etc
OR join a dating agency.
You will find her eventually. Not all british people live in UK and can be living abroad nowdays.

Britain is a good place to start....depends what you want next...if you want a passport....then just go to the nearest park in the summer, take some cider with you...and you will pull....if you want a British girl....then you can wait like the rest of us!!!

Try the airport. NO need to roam the streets. Alternatively, there's hotels or hostels. You could try the supermarket? Old people's homes might also be a good source??????
