you do have to wait untill the child is born but you can get a test the day the child is born. as soon as the baby exit the womb just tell the doctors you want one

Your brother can demand a paternity test as soon as the baby is born. I beleive it would be smarter to go through a lawyer to set up the testing, then she can't deny him access to the baby. Some people are so cruel.

I think your brother can get a paternity test from an amnio (where they stick a long needle into girlfriend's belly to test her amniotic fluid.) If that's not an option (I think girlfriend can deny the request to have one done) a paternity test can be done shortly after birth.

Yes the baby would have to be tested by a blood test or DNA with a cotton swab of it's mouth. This is not a process that can be done before the baby is born.
