yes, of course.. just out of kapali carsi, there are open pet shops, there are dogs, kitties :), rabbits, fishes and birds.
furthermore, in profilo shopping center (mecidiyeköy), ive seen a pet shop in top floors, check there, too...
i also made a google search and since there are not english websites i could find for this stuff, i will directly give you the address of the pet shop;
