If I clean my comp and put Windows XPback on it how can I get all my updates backs?

No. If you reinstall WindowsXP you will have to download and install all the updates again.

Just run Windows Update, and the program will download all the latest updates. You'll find a link to Windows Update in your Start Menu when you install Windows XP.
