presuming that you are speaking of your "first" cousin having the baby. The baby is your first cousin once removed.

Contrary to the earlier answers...the 2nd cousin would be the relationship of your child to the new baby and their children would be 3rd cousins, etc....

Your second cousin. Is the baby cute or ugly?

If your cousin is your aunt or uncle's child that makes her your 1st cousin. Her child is your 2nd cousin.

If your cousin is a child of a cousin then her child would be your 3rd cousin.

she could be considered "pamela" (unless her name's something else).

she would most definitely be considered "younger".

one thing's for certain, she's NOT your niece - a child of your own brother or sister is your niece/ nephew

she could be your "first cousin once removed" if i'm correct.

happy genealogy
