Sounds like you've caught a cold virus. Gargle with warm salt water and take Sudafed. If it lasts more than a week and/or you have a fever, visit the doctor to make sure you don't have strep or a sinus infection.

Could be sinus drainage, because that causes pain in both areas, but, it could also be strep, or any number of things, but, as the one person suggested, it's definitely doctor visit time...

this is known as allergie, flu cold time in arizona, going in and out to the sun then into air condition or cooler rooms. never fails here in arizona.

It means that you're sick. Go see a doctor...it could be your sinuses, a cold, or possibly worse. Good luck!!
