How old are you? If you are under 18, you shouldn't be exclusive. Tell your current guy you want to date lots of people and go out with the second guy, too. (Be prepared to lose both guys, though, if the first one doesn't want you dating others.) If you are over 18, you shouldn't date a second guy until you break off with the first guy. Tell the second guy you have a boyfriend currently.

So what's your problem girl? This is your great chance to get to know this guys. Just manage your time well and give both dates enough time. Make sure that there will be no conflict in the schedule so you'll not get into trouble :)
Say, YES to the invitation but set when the date will be for each :) okies. Have fun. :)

Tell tehm both that you are obviously too young and immature to date anyone at this time. If you have to be 'asked out' in order to be considered boyfriend/girlfriend then you are all obviously young. Sorry
