Look in the middle of the page; "Sources of greenhouse gases"

Mostly the emissions of chemicals into the air and ground by the large oil and gas companies. It speeds up the warming process by warming the earth as well as damaging the atmospheric balance of temperatures.
This is what I learned from school:
1.Oil and gas companies’ waste (cause damages to atmosphere and it leads to the direct penetration of sun light causing earth and sea to warm up.)
2.The industrial pollution (Greenhouse gases such as sulphur dioxide)
3.Unplanned farming, logging industry. (cut the trees->reduce the air quality->air and ground warm up faster)
4.The transportation industry (cars, trains, etc)
5.Last but very important: Natural warming of the globe. For every decade or so, the earth gets little warmer or colder. So, I think 2000-2020 the earth is little bit warmer due to natural reasons, which we don’t have any control over. Not sure about the time period, but it is a proven fact.
6. Anything that use electricity/energy that is produced through process of burning of coal or gas. (which we individuals pay a lrage role)
All the best!

Don't forget the sun. It also causes global warming. There is also the heat generated within the planet. We wouldn't have volcanoes without global energy/warming.

Basically most things produce heat. Heat is a waste product of many processes except where heat is the desired product such as heaters. The only problem is that not all the heat goes where it is intended. Efficiencies come into the picture as well. Most of the energy going into a gasoline engine is converted to heat. You can be concerned about the emissions, but if you can get the engine temps down that too will help much.

Global warming is caused because of the 'chemicals' that are released into the air by many different things ... from cars to 'electric' and 'gas' run yard tools to simply having way too much 'concrete' and not nearly enough 'green plants' in a city. The worst is 'ozone' disappearing, and the 'carbon dioxide' that plants 'consume' and put out oxygen ... not enough plants means that more carbon dioxide gets into the atmosphere and that is causing the 'polar ice caps' to 'melt' which changes the 'climate' in the rest of the world by changing the way our 'oceans' are warmed and cooled ... and believe it or not, the very 'worst' part of this 'global warming' that we may see will not be that the world gets 'too warm for life as we know it' but that the world will 'cool down' so much that we have another ICE AGE ...

Not the Sun`s out put ,the orbit of the earth or a shift is the axis of the the earth. No way any of that could make the earth warmer not in any way. That stuff is just for fool. It must be man make 4% of the Co2 not the earth`s 96% of the Co2 made. Why would that be it.

I know it must be the US and all the efforts of the US cutting back not China`s and India`s uncontrolled out put of greenhouse gasses

cows - they produce methane (about 3% of global warming a year I think) by farting, burping etc etc
