I used to dress up my papillon but now she won't let me! Advice or comments please?

its probably to hot she doesnt like that and maybe the fabric is bothering her if not so what dont force her to wear some stupid shirt shes a dog not a doll

Sounds like it wasn't comfortable for her. My bet is it made her very hot. Pap's have all that thick hair and don't really need coats like some short-haired breeds.
