I think Beelzebub is ruler of the demons, I read it in the bible somewhere but don't remember what verse.

Actually, I think satan should count as an answer. Your assuming that he is equal with God--he's not. Not even close. But he would be the highest rank for demons. I believe the chart looks more like this
Jesus God Holy Spirit
/ \
Gabriel Michael Satan
/ \
Angels Demons
This is supposed to look like a pyramid. When I hit preview, it wouldn't do that.
Jesus is seated at the right hand of God. Their is an empty seat on the left hand of God that is reserved for the Holy Spirit (since currently he resides in our hearts.) Lucifer was along side Gabriel and Michael, I believe, before he fell and his name was changed to Satan
(for those of you who think I put Jesus and the Holy Spirit on the wrong sides--your screen is facing you, turn around)
Response to additional comments-- God is the Commander in chief, Gabriel and Michael are the Generals that the angels report to and receive their orders from.

When nietzsche channeled zarathustra, ala 'thus spake zarathustra' Someone had the intelligence to ask him: who is zara.....? And he responded, a chief demon!!
The church has also identified some names of the chief demons; but, I 'work' not to remember their names...there is one for disclosing the future..I remember that (this is catholic church by the way)..Not sure what the protest ants are doing right now, other than claiming authority in Jesus' name and telling whoever or whatever is there (or not) to begone.
By the way, the chief demon zarathustra was originally, zoraster in persia....about 650 years before Christ; and tried to get monotheism going; but, it didn't work and zor..became another sun god...I forget his/its name too.
You might ask: why doesn't he go and look it up? Good question. I don't want to know their names...they are wicked and reserved for everlasting contempt and their names will be blotted from God's and( everyone else's) memory; one of these days. They can't be blotted out until first they bow their knee's and proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord. You know that has just got to hurt like hell...LOL

One thing the devil tries to do is to imitate God as much as possible. God has the holy trinity : Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit and the devil has himself(father) the Antichrist (son) and the false prophet(holy spirit). If I had to guess the head demon would have to be Appollyn the demon in charge of the abyss.

Ummm, i think you dont realize that satan does not equal the 'evil god'. Satan was merely an angel. So why would there be an analog to head angel if their is no analogue to god?

well.... how can we know. in the bible it doesn't mention specificly a head demon. But it says thruough out the bible that all the false gods are demons! and remeber that satan used to be the head angel so all he wants is power. but the false gods from my piont of veiw, the evilest one is the "head- demon"

I know this.....just saw his name the other day. Will have to dig around for it to recall where I saw it. Showed a list of the top 50 demon angels names, all pulled from scripture and anceint scrolls and text.
Want to say Abbon but think he is a good one, so don't quote me.
