I hear it was in the vavle body,anothe say drop the pan and it's right there. Anyone knows exactly where and if so do you have a diagram on how to change it.

It's in the side pan of the transaxle. You have to remove all the crap surrounding it and get the side pan off. There it will be sitting with just some wires and a couple of bolts holding it in. Not too tough a job if you know what you are doing and have a hoist to do this on. Farting around on the floor with the car jacked up will be kind of tough to do this. Good luck.

i own a repair shop,and its in the lower part of the transmission,you have to drop the pan on it to get it off,this job is better left to a good mechanic,if you mess up on this one,it could cost you a whole lot of money and its real easy to mess up,id have this one done,its better and cheaper in the long run,good luck i hope this helps.

Any solenoid you replace will be in the valve-body ,You have to remove the side cover on the left side.to gain access to it.depending on what trans you have its not easy.
