Take it from me, I'm studying to be a Cop. No don't do it. 1. Each county has different severity's of "women's rights" some county's are more 'pro-women' then others.. The county I live in for instance, you can say you were raped 5 months ago, and you could still get jail time even if they did blood work on you. Other county's will say "You should have reported it Sooner rather you were scared or not.", Not all Cops are "dumb pigs" We can tell when someones lying, and telling the truth. Don't have sex with her, 2nd reason, you're giving into her (ex) and you'd be breaking your new girls heart, and being unfaithfully to her. If you had written proof that your EX said this to you, You can go to your local police station, and make a report, and also file for a restraining order on her. Good luck.

I don't know. You have to weigh both options. If you don't and she tells the police that you raped her, the police will ask her if she went to the hospital to get checked out after her alleged "raping". The doctors at the hospital will look for torn muscles, internal bleeding, or signs of forced sex. And if you didn't rape her, it won't show up. Doctors can tell the difference between consented sex and forced sex.
However, if you have sex with her, she can continue to blackmail you and you will have to have sex with her continously to keep her quiet.
My advice is to not have sex with her. You said you already had a girl, and if I was her I wouldn't want my man having sex with another man. More than likely you ex is just bluffing. Try calling her out on it.

What part of "Ex" dont you understand?
It could be the "Oh dear the condom broke and now I'm pregnant" deal. Or the "There is this big guy at the door with a pickaxe handle" or "Crumbs, who could have spray painted your car while we were making out?" or "Smile into the camera" or, since she will now have your sperm inside her, she will REALLY go call rape.

Put a restraining order on her that way she can't say stuff like rape.Some females are crazy like that.Lie and say give me a little more time so I can set up something more special for us.Go to the police and say that you got this girl you believe is stalking you.Make up stuff because she might be crazier than you think.That way when you talk to her again say that you changed my mind.Changing your phone number will help you too.I had a friend who been there.

Be careful, she may be setting you up to mess you up. If you have sex with her, you decide where and when an don't tell her in advance in case she is playing you.
But if you don't fear the cops, tell her to do it to herself. I don't know if you and she broke the law.
