My landlord sent me an email and he is with blueyounder. I have tried to email him back using hotmail and yahoo and both got returned with saying not recognised. I tried to get an account with BY but I think I have to pay can anyone tell me why my own email accounts can’t get through to him.

Yours

Clem

I don't understand why they wouldn't get through actually. I have no problems sending emails to a blueyonder address from hotmail.

The only suggestion I have is to check the address you are sending it to?

Are you sending your mail by Reply facility on your mailbox? This is the best way to write to somebody as their address is automatically written by the computer rather than you writing it yourself (as it is possible that you make a spelling or a syntax error). If you are doing it this way and still getting your letters returned, it is possible that your landlord's computer is blocking your letter albeit inadvertently. Sometimes, Spam catcher software may divert your letter to his Spam box because his computer does not recognise you or your address, then return it to you. Best thing you can do is to write a letter to him and send it by snail mail or phone him. I hope this is helpful.

If that happened to me I would be very suspicious that someone intercepted my online transactions and sent you a scam message....perhaps a written letter to you landlord would have been better than a email.

He dos'ent want you to comunicate with him, somehow rendering his account unaccessible, maybe the by account was cancelled the same same time.Try the phone or registered mail.
