There was some sorta of Vitamin or Medicine that came out a couple years ago that is supposed to make you grow some but i don't know if it will help at 20-25 and i have no idea what the name was

i think you stop growing at 18 dont you! the fastest growth spurt is around 14.
do u want to be taller? im five foot five and have always wanted to be 5ft 8" but as im 43 its never gonna happen.

Most likely not seeing as your growth glands should have
closed by now.
But if not maybe 1 or 2 inches.

I was told that you stop developing when your 20 ,so is guess your going to stay the way you are sorry mate.

Not likely, unless you hang upside down daily for 30 minutes at a time for at least 6 months :)
