I am a normal weight for my age and am stil in my teens so im not sure of the cause. Is there anything i can do to help it?? there is no pain to my feet when this happens.

I have a condition called Raynaud's. It is usually in your hands and feet. My fingers do the same thing if I'm stessed out, or cold. But they also go numb, turn white, tingle, and hurt. Look up Raynaud's Syndrome/phenomenom on a search. Its a vascular/circulation problem. Smoking is a direct cause of this.

Sounds like poor circulation, not diabetic are you? in any case u should see a doctor

i think u might have blood clots and the blood is not traveling through your legs and it is cutting off circulation to your feet.
