Chasing visitors is really irksome. Either you have to take an advise of a trainer and give training. Otherwise you tie it up. Nobody would like to visit a house where dog is troubling. I used to avoid going to my brothers place because of two dogs there which used to shout and chase.

Just let it get familiar with the people you actually WANT to come to your house.

First I would see what he does before hand then maybe take him to a vet to see if any injuries are up with them. if none of that works take him to obedience classes.

Teach him to obey you and also simple things like sit or down, to keep him from going anywhere.
