You need to take outside or in a Frontroom with Large Picture Windows (no Drapes or Shades) Then your camera will decide it is light enough and will not flash. If your camera still flashes you can take a small piece of tissue and place over the flash giving it a very soft flash but you still we need plenty of light in the room to make sure her blue eyes show.

i think its like the red eye effect with humans when photos are taken, ppls eyes go red and from iv noticed with my dogs their eyes go green
