It is available in the US but I am finding it hard to find this powder dye in the UK, I am having the same problem finding concrete acid stain here to.

most descent builders merchannts should do concrete dye's and acid stain(it might be called something else). dont be scared to go to one , thier not just for builders and can normally help you even if they havnt got it. you may also be able to pick up a copy of "profesional builder " while your in there (its free). it has loads of usefull products. good luck

All these products are available in the UK but tend to be only purchased by the major ready mix companies. Try contacting Tarmac, Marcon, or the like.

Yes you but it in tube form all the main DIY sell it.
