Eyes do not prove a love story or tell love story, but rather reassure a love that already exists. It's a indication or a "map" to the love, the eye itself is not the love however.
Do not misinterpret one's eye, for there are those who are able to use deceit in order to wriggle out for their power. However, in most cases, the eye will hint the truth and help you find the truth, so do not expect to look into a person's eye and automatically find the answers you seek. There is more to endeavor in that cause.

It has been said that the eyes are the window to your soul.One can tell a lot by the person's body language.If a person does not make eye contact with the person he is conversing with ,the other person will soon start to think that you are not interested in what she has to say.If you take the time and really look at the person you are talking to ,you will know that she is happy,or not happy.There is a sparkle in the eyes when one is happy.When one is sad,the eyes have a lack luster about them(the eyes look sad.)When one is not truth full in what they are saying they will have a difficult time making eye contact,their eye lids will flutter at a greater rate
,and they appear to be nervous.When one is suffering from a migraine headache,their eyes will be squinting (very sensitive
to light)When one is experiencing feelings of sadness or .happiness,their eyes will be filled with either tears of sadness or tears of joy .Sometimes people will hide their feelings by wearing sunglasses. The next time you are talking to a person please take the time to observe that person ,
look into their eyes,really do listen to what they have to say .
You will learn much more about that person.

yes , they can , but it's not the only sense you may use to speak,
you have another 4 senses , or maybe 5 senses , don't miss the use of them ,
and sometimes , the problem is not in speaking , ot talking by eyes, it's sometimes a problem of hearing or understanding from the other person,
eyes can talk , but they can get the right response to continue talking , and as I told you please , don't miss the other senses and have the best

The way someone looks at you speaks louder than any words can be spoken. So yeah they can say all that. If your looking for a good guy... look and see how he looks at you and you'll always know if he's your type.

Yes I thinksometimes that might happen when I look into a guy's eyes, except they're busy looking at my other 'eyes.'
