Could someone translate 'until dawn do us part' into latin for me?

Caicos' translation is absolutely correct, but if you want to paraphrase the exact Latin translation of "until death do us part" such as it is usually seen - "donec mors nos separaverit" - you should use the futurum exactum tense of separare:

Donec prima lux nos separaverit
