Why do the scriptures support the Jehovah's Witnesses preaching work and discipling??

Because Jehovahs Witnesses follow the Bible as the basis for all their beliefs.
They adhere to Jesus' command to preach the good news about God's kingdom.(Mat.28:19,20)

read Matthew 28 verse 19. we are the only ones doing that.
