um well im 13 and i've always been in great shape. im 5'4" and a little over 100 pounds. i play lacrosse and dance 4 times a week.....but i feel like im getting flabby in the stomach area. i dunno what 2 do....when im at home i just want 2 eat and thats prob part of the problem. whats a fast, easy way 2 lose my stomach flab???? help!!!!

Losing weight/fat is all about calories in vs calories out. You must east less calories than you expend to lose weight. I.e: Eat 1500, expend 2000 for a 500 calorie deficit. Over a week 500 x 7 = 3500, which is the equivalent to the loss of 1 pound of fat.

You can achieve this deficit through a combination of diet/exercise. It sounds like your exercise is on track but your eating may not be. Try stocking your house with healthier snack like fruits/veggies and always try to find something to do so that you aren't bored and thinking about food even when you aren't hungry!! Listen to your body and eat sensible snacks when you are hungry and not when you aren't!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

At your age and with all the activity you're doing you need to eat, so don't feel guilty about it. You may, however, need to take a look what you're eating not how much. Since you're on the go a lot, do you eat a lot of fast food? What does your school serve for lunch? And what kinds of snacks are you eating?

If you eat fast food a lot, try to make healthier choices. For example: choose a grilled chicken sandwhich over a cheese burger, and only order the small fries. Many fast food restaurants offer very nice salads. Just make sure to order one that contains grilled chicken or hard boiled eggs for a little protein. It would helpful to you to sit down and make up a list of snacks you know are healthy and that you like just so you'll have some ideas handy when hunger strikes. Check out Men's Health magazine's website. They have a section called "Eat this not that" that is helpful.

Many schools have gotten better about serving healthier lunchs. Hopefully yours has too. If your school cafeteria offers healthy foods, choose those. However, if they don't, you might want to start packing your lunches at least some of the time. You may also want to take a jar of peanuts to school to keep in locker. Eating a handful of nuts before you head to your activities will help to stablize your blood sugar better and you won't find yourself quite so hungry in the evenings.

Most importantly, give yourself a break. You're already very active which puts you miles ahead of many kids your age. Your height and weight are perfectly fine. If you want to eat, its because you need to.

it's understandable. anyways to lose some of those flabby, probably fine, since your 13. anyways. eat healthy, for example when your are hungry eat some fruits and vegetable. snack on those. and the key is to drink a lot of water everyday. it helps get ride of excessive fat. and keep up with the sports and dance. good luck

Why is everyone concered about there weight? I was concered badly one time, And I
Got skinny and it wasn't really fun so I put on a extra few pounds. Your weight is what
god wanted you to be, and if you don't like it, then you don't like what god gave you.
You should be happy god gave you a life.

But!, If you really wanna loose weight heres what you do. swimming season is coming
up and I know your really scared people will laugh at you.

- with every meal drink Water or Orange juice, Milk sometimes (Milk is very fattening).

- If you are bored and you think about eating and you think your hungry don't eat
Because you are really not hungry your just thinking about it. So try to do some sit ups
or push ups instead. Or do what you like to do.

- If you have junk food in your house, then get it all out. Because if you don't have
Junk food in your house, Guess what, You want be ABLE to eat it.

HERES WHAT ELSE YOU CAN DO :

Get on your couch and put your behind right on the edge of it or
where your comfortable, and start doing sit ups while watching T.V., I
do This everynight and moring for 100 sit ups for 3 sets. I did this for
4 days and got a flat stomach

You might start seeing your lower body stick out more, and thats normal,
All you do is lay on a flat floor and raise your legs for 25 seconds each for
5-7 sets. Do this in the moring and at night. P.S. - Lower body is the hardest part
to get tight so don't get frustrated about instant results cause your not going to get
instant rusults.

If your pecks, or known as your upper body is popping out, then do some
push ups at your house. Do 10-15 a set if you wait them to get a bit littler
and cut. You see guy models with cut pecks because that is what turns the lady on.

For cardio vascular - Skip fast rope for 3 minutes then another session
do this for 30 minutes if you want results fast!
Also jogging. Helps tremendously! Do 20 minutes of jogging, and if you
can't do the whole 20 minutes jogg in between.

Foods that I eat alot :

Apples - 0 calories and feels you up.

Green beans - 60 calories a CAN but great for your health.

Grapes - Idk how many calories but great too.

Any fruits are good for you.

Drinks :

Soda - Twice a week or non

Water - ALOT 0 calories, good for you, FEELS you up alot.

Orange juice - Great for your health.

There is no fast and easy way. Choose healthy snacks over fatty greasy ones once in a while. Try yoga and such things.

well, you are still a growing girl , so it's normal to be a little bit more hungry than normal. i would sugest to eat more healthy snacks like fruits and veggies. have you stated menstrating yet? hormones may also be the cause.
