I'm supposed to be gaining weight right now...I'm fifteen, 5 foot 1 inch tall, female, and used to weigh 80.2 pounds after what was believed to be anorexia. My doctor told me to gain, gain, gain by doing whatever I could...she even recommended I eat ice cream every night before bed. She said my goal should be 95 to 100 pounds. Right now I think I'm at about 87 or 88. Today, I ate an apple and string cheese for breakfast but about an hour later, my mom made lunch...pakoras (which are fried batters with potatoes and onions). I ate two fried eggplant pakoras and one of the regular kind when my mom put one more eggplant and one more regular on my plate. I didn't want any but she said it wasn't enough if I didn't eat them. Now I feel bad...should I? Did I eat too much? I drank a glass of milk with the pakoras...2% because the doctor said I shouldn't be drinking skim since we're vegetarian and need more fat in our diets. My stomach's hurting a little bit right now.

Aww, it's great that you are doing so much better! You sound like you are on the way to being super healthy! :)
4 pakoras and some milk sounds like a fine amount! I would probably have eaten more more a lunch! :) You should not feel guilty at all since that is a very reasonable portion!
Your stomach may be a little small right now so it could feel like a lot of food. Maybe it would be better to spread out larger meals into 2 smaller meals, so you could eat enough to gain weight but not so much that you feel uncomfortable/guilty!

Uhmm, I honestly am not quite sure, I'm no doctor, but it seems to me that your stomach ache may have been due to some state of shock your stomach went through
Try not to over eat, but yes do eat, obviously.
Now, what I recommend, you dont have to follow, and I'm not quite sure how much you regularily eat, but I suggest you don't eat too much more than you can manage, don't force any food too much; eat a little more each week, but don't just rush back into larger meals.
Also, breakfast should be your largest meal, because [dont know quite right, i just remember hearing my friend's mother telling me this] it helps speed up your metabolizm.
So yah, sorry if this wasnt quite what you're looking for, but I'm hoping this helps somewhat =D

My advice for you is to eat a variety.
Even though you are concerned about your weight, you should still watch what you eat.
Fried foods have a lot of 'greasy badness' in them right? They make people fat, sure. They give people higher chances of heart attacks, diabetes, high blood pressure, decreased energy, changes in moods, and so on.
I'd be careful. You're skinny but can still have your blood vessels clogged and what I said above if you keep eating like this.
Eat a little healthier and eat a lot if you want to gain weight.

One of the best ways to gain weight it to ingest:
3 milk shakes/day
1 giant bag of potato chips/day
1 pint of ice cream/day
1-4 cheese-burgers/day
3 big glasses of whole milk/day
1 big bag of "cheese curls"/day
That should add about 5000 calories to your diet.

eat a little bit less than you just ate, and you have to eat like that every day, not just 1 day you eat a lot, then next day you eat nothing..... it's not healthy, balance your meals out!
