Try NLOP - it is a free poker site supported by banner ads displayed on the side and bottom of the poker table window. They run tournaments all the time, you can win cash prizes and they even give away WSOP seats. The play is very loose, especially on the single table tourneys.

Poker.com is a good site for that, check out their review on http://www.theultimatepokerguide.com that lists exactly how much they give out in freerolls a week, I forget the exact number but it is a lot.
You can also get a bit of free cash on some sites listed in http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com 's bankroll building guide, they have a 0 dollar bankroll guide that lists some no deposit bonuses you can use to play.

Go for FULL TILT, POKER STARS, ABSOLUTE POKER, they all have freerolls
