Wanting to hurt someone as much as they hurt you makes you no better than them in the end. The best revenge is to be successful in whatever you do. You need no more than that. Well done though for getting your own act together, but don't get sucked into the being cruel to someone trap hun. Just be yourself and don't worry about those you left behind at school.

The rejecting was fine, you could have done without the insults. But what's done is done. Did they make up for being b!tches to you in HS? No.
Funny thing is I was a geek in school and I blossomed in my 20's big time. Went to my 10th reunion and the guys were all over me. I stayed with the people who were nice to me and kinda just ignored the ones that weren't. That was the best revenge.

no, a great revenge would have been coming back in a $100,000 car with the fattest and ugliest girl from that school and telling each one of the other girls "Well you had a chance" and "It's too bad you though I wasn't good enough"

Revenge is a dish best served cold. it definitely shows how shallow they are and it does boost the self esteem, don't worry they didn't just mock you, they deserve it.

Actually it's childish of you, and just building up your own bad karma.
I hope it helped ya feel better...because that'll be counteracted down the road when "what goes around, comes around" for you.

Yes, they are obviously shallow as all they care about is looks. You can do much better. You had the last laugh and now you can move forward
