First believe in your self.
Know ur positive and negative points.
Find the pit fall and work on them
Stop self pitying and rise up to situation -
Take responsibility of ur action
Set ur goals and work on it
Develop hobbies and pass times and get rid of laziness and wasting of time.
When u get up in the morning look at the mirror give a hearty smile -hold the head high - and take a deep breath and say "yes u can and this will be ur best day"

Confidence can be increased. I have done it for myself. I discovered a simple and scientific method through a book and later a mentor sharpened the technique. The method is so simple that it took me just 1 day to become a very confident person. I used to stammer but after that day in a short while I became a star speaker. To increase self confidence in any thing, like public talking, exams, propose, etc, you need some practise & must say in youself that you will & can do it. Have faith in own & never think negetive.

I found out the hard way!

For me, finding and getting a job I liked, plus making good money at it. I felt better about myself and now there's NO stopping me!

I went from being a "doormat" to a GO-GETTER and I don't get taken advantage of anymore! I turned my life completely around when I fixed my once-sad life!

The best thing is to practice in front of mirror the things u hesitate to do in front of others.Slowly u will see that u don't fear doing it in open also.It really works for me.

you need to be proud about yourself and trust to yourself that you can do it!.by scoring a goal in football,you can boost your confidence.be proud for what you do.try my advice.
