I think you would be better off buying used,
try ebay.. you can get some good deals there,
and come away with a decent camera..

Look for a Nikon or Canon and bid on it. Good Luck

Best Buy has a Fuji Finepix A500 on sale for $99.99 but i wouldn't really recommend going with a camera that cheap.
