After installing Test Drive Unlimited, I click on the icon and a black screen appears then it goes away (showing the desktop).After that my pc doesn`t appear to be doing anything.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it. Thank you.

The Atari Support site for Testdrive unlimited sucks. It basically says the following:
- Shutdown all programs running in the background.
- Make sure your system meets the minimum requirements.
- Make sure you have the latests graphics and sound drivers.
- Make sure you have the latest version of directx (it's on the disk).

ok for ps3 all you should do is this, it fastened my problem clean you device cache in device settings on the confusingpersistent recommendations then play the sport without the replace untill you get your first homestead (approximately 5 minutes into the sport) then go out the sport and reinstall the updates and attempt back i did this and worked nonetheless take approximately 3 minutes on the loading exhibit screen.
