Me and my best friend are going to do a quiz about body and health for our class next week. I need to come up with five qestions. I don't really know what kind of questions I should ask, any advice ?

I would think about daily habits and living conditions...
1. Diet
2. Exercise
3. Hygiene (taking baths/brushing teeth)
4. Mental health (supportive environment, family & friends)
5. Environment (pollution, living conditions)
