there was this guy whose heart i broke coz i moved to another school and didnt get the chance to tell him. that was 4 years ago. 2 years ago we were at the same party and he didnt even look at me! this january i apologised for whatever upset him and we are kinda friends. if i text him he replies, but he doesnt answer back to any of my emails, even though he checks like every day. (also if i send him a picture comment he doesnt say thanks or even reply to my question). girls at my school said that it's 'a sign' WHAT SIGN???? that he still likes me or doesnt want to get hurt?
the complication is that i started to like him, but now i feel like i want him to pay for making me pay. whats wrong with me?

It sounds to me like he is being cautious because he has been hurt before.
If you genuinely have feelings for him - send him an email explaining what happened before and how you feel about him now.

Guys are funny like that . He probably feels very hurt by what you did, and that you think little of him for not telling him you were moving, but hey he needs to get over this. If you like him them text him and tell him this, if he replies great . If he doesnt reply then take this as a sign that hes not interested or scared of getting hurt. You should then just move on and get on with your life. Hope you get what you want

Paybacks never solve anything and all you would be doing is belittleing yourself.
This guy is not into you and just wants to be a friend. You should realize that by now.
Stop emailing and sending pics.He's just not interested.That's what the sign is and your friends are right. I don't understand why you haven't figured this out for yourself by now.He's moved on and so should you.

If you have not told him that you still like him then of course he would try to play hard to get to avoid getting hurt again. Just be sincere and tell him that you like him a lot. If you do not break the ice with him after saying that, then you may need to distance yourself from him.

theres nothing wrong with u! it sounds to me like hes just messing u about! id forget about him and move on! find urself a decent guy not a childish little boy like that who hasnt got a thought or consideration of how u feel! if u do really like him tho,ask him out, u wont lose nething.
