Shelbie, now she's a puppy but she'll grow to be a large dog and a name ending in Y or IE will seem to babyish for a grown German Shepherd.
I have a Shih Tzu and her name is Lola. Had no trouble her getting used to the name and responding when we call her.
So, these are my suggestions:
Farah
Cleo
Omma
Tara
Chyna
Tonka
Hannia
Salsa
These were all names we wrote in little papers and threw in a bowl along with Lola. My son pulled out the winner.

You could perhaps call her Sweetie? For an adorable dog it would be really a proper name. I love German sheppards! If it was a male I would've suggested Wolgang...
Have a beautiful St. Patrick's Day. Luck of the Irish to you!

Name her something that's gonna match her personality (or one that you wish to describe her).

Nazo - dear
Kaida - little dragon
Diane - divine
Sorina - peaceful, serene / Serena - serene, calm
Gili - my joy, rejoice
Mitsu - Light or Honey/Nectar
Hachi/Hachiko - eight (there's a story to this name of a dog who comes to the train station and waited for the professor. One day the professor died due to an illness before coming back to the train station. Still the dog came to the train station for 10 years)
Michi - Righteous one
Rin - Companion

Hope that helps :)

Congrtats to you. Look up puppy names.com, you should find something there. It has meanings of names that you can choose. If she is cute now. just remember she will grow into a young lady soon, so choosing a name is really hard.

My suggestions:

Pherhaps
Lady, Sasha, Jessie. Just look at her and the first name that pops into your mind will be the right one for her, just remember to keep it short one ot two syllables do best when calling and training her.

Best of Luck, a Boxer Mom to a Sam....

Jenna, Jennie, Jamie, Shatze (pronounced shot-zee and it means sweetheart in German). Good Luck :)

Here are a few names that I like...

Sarahi...Princess

Shaina...Beautiful

Edie...Prosperous in war

Heidy...Noble type

Jade...Precious stone

I know that most of these don't end the way that you want them to but I thought they would be cool dog names. Good luck finding one and have lots of fun with your new puppy.
