someone owes me money and he avoids to pay back?

he and i use to date and he borrowed money from me.and now his dating someone from my building but he can't drop off the money he owed me

If its a substancial amount of money I say sue him. otherwise I say the money is lost. It is obvious he is not man enought to pay it on his own

Hi, well invite him to a beat down lol! just joking. The guy owes you money so go to his door and ask him where it is and if you feel uncomfortable doing that ask one of your brothers or a friend to let him know you want your money and when will he have it and let your bro or friend go get the money when he says he's going to have it trust me you'll get your money lol! Seriously.

Then confront him about it. Be polite but remind him that you'd like the "X" dollars he borrowed to be returned as soon as possible.

You know what they say about loaning money...hopefully you'll get this bit back but if not, just learn the lesson and let it go.

Keep asking him and get persistent. But, you need to know that you may not get that money back. Whenever, you lend someone money, there is always a risk that you may not get it back.

You need to know this and be careful who you give money to.

if it is $50 or under let it go he is a complete jerk anyway or if you just really want your money have a mutual friend to ask for it or you can mail him a letter every week if you really want to get to him and you have the time or you can just take him on judge judy

Don't expect to get it, write it off if at all possible... when you give money, unless you get it in writing that it is a loan, NEVER expect to see it again, that's the best policy -- in other words, if you can't afford to give it away, don't -- especially! to friends!!!!!!!!!!
