I have two computers, one I installed microsoft office on and used the keycode for installation. Can I install that same microsoft office software to my laptop without any problems?

You are only supposed to use it for one installation. If you try putting it on the 2nd computer, there might be problems in the install, and some parts may not be complete.

You should have no problems with the installations, but it is illegal to use the same keycose on more then 1 computer at any one time.

as far as i know you can use office in 3 computers at a time, you should check with microsoft to verify this

It is doubtful that your license extends to allowing installs on multiple computers - so no, but there are alternatives that are free:
