my computer reads " windows unable to start please reinstall windows"?

how can i fix that? and do those disks they sell on ebay that claims to do so really work?

You will need windowsXP installation cd, most probably you may have got it with your computer. If you have got one, you boot from it and run a repair install

You will have to get your windows disks and re-install it. It sounds like some of your windows files were deleted or corrupted some how.

And what disks on Ebay are you refering to?

......try reinstalling windows. Surely you got the disks with your machine? The disks on ebay are no doubt illegal.
