im only a student and this happens to me?

Cut out caffeine and cut back on sugar. If you exercise, try doing it another time of day - maybe a.m. instead of p.m. Also, if a warm bath relaxes, do it at night before bed.

At-least you should sleep 7 hrs & max of 8 hrs at night, as this makes your body temperature cool & makes you, the entire body relaxed so that the next day you feel fresh.
If you cannot sleep that means you are too much tensed, or may be the entire day you have not performed any work, most of the time you are sitting idel. Do a little heavy exercise & eat well so you can get sound sleep.

Try taking some Advil Pm.....it really helps me a lot.
