there is this girl in my neighbourhood who i've liked for many years. our families have been friends 4 ever.
i don't know if and how 2 ask her out...i mean will it be very weird?

I will bet u a million $ that she has been waiting for u to ask her out! that is so attractive to a girl, just text her or put a note in an enevlope and put in her mailbox asking her out.

If she thinks of you as a friend too much it can get a little weird im afraid! If you think she feels the same way then dont hesitate she will probably be thankful you made the first move! Good luck hun hope it works for you xx

You can chose to ask her out directly or you can let her know that your are interested by dropping her a word, letter or whatever, do it in a simple way and avoid being too direct. A hint: don't give her any sign that you need her. She's a girl, and at an uncounscious level she will be scared if you show that you are needy. Find a way to let her know that your are doing o.k alone but that you will be doing (more o.k) by her side. (remember: by "her" side and not by "your" side).

Hey life is too short to be worrying about the what ifs'. Go and ask her out even if its just for a friendly drink. She might be thinking the same as you but too shy to make the first move. Good luck

don't think of it as weird.. if you go out with her you know your family and her family would be ok with ya'll two going out to place cuz they trust ya'lll...... most parents won't even let their daughters go out with their boyfriends cuz they think something bad might happen... but with you i think it would be different ... a good way

yes go go go and ask her out there is nothing that can stop you. there is nothing you can lose if she says no than it wouldnt be the end of the world there are millions of nice girls out there go and get them :-)
