cant find a site on how to download nokia suite to pc using windows vista?

Whatever your problem is it's probably more to do with the the fact that the Nokia PC suite doesn't support windows Vista yet.

I am sure nokia is working on making the software compatible with Vista. Most of the drivers that come with the pc suite will need to be modified. Your best bet is to check on a weekly basis.
